By scheduling an appointment with DNA Compliance Testing™, you agree to the following terms:
Appointment Services
DNA Compliance Testing™ provides professional specimen collection, wellness education, and related support services. Laboratory analysis, medical interpretation, and legal determinations are performed by authorized testing laboratories or qualified professionals, when applicable.
Mobile & In-Home Services
Mobile, in-home, and on-site collection services may be available by appointment, depending on service type, location, scheduling, and eligibility. Location details and appointment instructions are provided after booking confirmation.
Appointment Confirmation
Appointments are confirmed after booking and, when applicable, after billing authorization or service verification has been completed.
Service Area
Mobile services
Mobile services are available within designated areas of Greater Los Angeles, including Inglewood, Burbank, and the San Fernando Valley. Additional travel fees may apply outside standard service areas.
Results
Laboratory results are issued only by the authorized testing laboratory or provider. DNA Compliance Testing™ does not alter, interpret, or release laboratory results unless authorized.
Wellness Services
Wellness coaching is educational in nature and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should consult their healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.
Identification
Clients must present valid government-issued photo identification when required. Additional documentation may be requested depending on the service.

These terms may be updated periodically without prior notice.
