Refund Policy:

Appointment fees compensate for reserved appointment time, professional collection services, and travel when applicable.

• Satellite appointment changes require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Mobile appointment changes require at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Mobile appointments include a $150 travel fee.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to applicable cancellation fees.

• Services already performed are non-refundable.

• Laboratory fees, when applicable, are generally non-refundable once specimen collection or laboratory processing has begun.

• Approved refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method.
